We do not accept cancellations.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or credit.  Please make sure you review THE FIT and color of our merchandise before you check out.  

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept exchanges due to all sales being final.  However, we consider exchanges only for items that are damaged or show signs of defect.  Be mindful that all items are carefully inspected before being packaged. 

If you received a damaged or defected item at the time of delivery, a request for an exchange ONLY, must be made within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service department.  If your return is approved, a return authorization will be emailed to you.  Once your merchandise is received back in our warehouse, it will befully examined for all damage or defects.  If the item is deemed damaged or defected, we will notify you via e-mail and a ONE-TIME replacement will be mailed to you, subject to inventory.  We will issue you the same item that was originally ordered and returned.  A substitution for a different size and or color is not permissible.  

Remember, all requests for exchanges due to damaged or defected items ONLY must be made within 48 hours after the item is received.  Items MUST NOT be worn, washed or damaged and must be in the same new condition that you received it.  All worn, washed or damaged items cannot be returned.  

If we approve your item to be exchanged, you must include a copy of your original receipt, your name, contact number and email address inside your package.   

All shipment costs associated with the return of approved exchanges for damaged or defected items are the responsibility of the customer. 

All exchange requests for damaged or defected items AFTER 48 hours of receipt of the item WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

SHIPPING

All orders received will be shipped from Monday – Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after your order has been processed.
